I Regolamenti ferroviari impongono il rispetto indiscutibile delle Norme. Ciò vale, anche, per i progettisti dei tracciati che devono applicare le Specifiche attinenti alla materia. L’incondizionata adesione a queste non esclude, però, che si possano esaminare- anche criticamente – i loro contenuti allo scopo – vantaggioso – di riscontrarne le motivazioni, gli sviluppi e le conclusioni: l’applicazione della Norma sarà, dunque, condivisa ed apprezzata. Dello specialissimo settore della scambistica fanno parte poche, ma esaustive, regole relative all’impiego dei dispositivi: nelle note che seguono si analizza la Norma che fissa, in relazione alla tipologia degli scambi, come connetterli a formare le comunicazioni.

Abstract/Hauptbeschreibung (Englisch)

Railway Regulations require unquestionable compliance with the Rules. This also applies to track designers who must apply the Specifications relating to the matter. The unconditional adherence to these does not exclude, however, that their contents can be examined – even critically – for the benefit of ascertaining their motivations, developments and conclusions: the application of the Standard will therefore be shared and appreciated. There are few but exhaustive, rules relating to the use of devices in the very special field of turnouts: the following notes analyse the Standard that sets out how to connect them to form cross-overs, in relation to the type of turnouts.
